On a recent trip to the Blue Ridge Mountains I was able to enjoy the darkening sky with family. It was cool but not cold; still too early in the year for the mosquitos but warm enough to sit outside and enjoy the evening for a while.
As we sat and talked I was struck by the silhouette of the surrounding trees against the nightfall. Most of the time that fleeting moment between day and night sneaks right past us but this evening I was there to greet it.
I like the color! There is a depth that word cannot express.
Thanks!
Cool… that moment… 😉
Apologies. I don’t know why but WordPress keeps picking up my technical blog for my details. My art and photography blog is http://poetrywithpixels.wordpress.com. Thanks.
No worries. WordPress sometimes has a mind of its own. 🙂
A lovely image. Mysterious too.
Thanks Ranjeet.
